🎯 Detailed Selection Architecture
Phase I: Preliminary Shortlisting
Meeting the basic criteria does not guarantee an interview spot. A dedicated bank shortlisting committee evaluates profile parameters, past achievements, and specific domain fits to shortlist the most suitable candidates.
Phase II: Personal Interview (100 Marks)
Shortlisted professionals will face an interview board carrying a maximum score of 100 Marks. Minimum passing/qualifying metrics are determined internally by SBI.
Phase III: Final Merit Compilation
Selections are determined in descending order based exclusively on performance in the personal interview.
-
⚠️ Tie-Breaker Rule: If multiple candidates finish with matching scores at the final cut-off point, the candidate older in age receives the higher merit rank.
