π‘οΈ Eligibility Benchmarks (Qualifications & Clinic Distance)
1. Educational Qualifications

Basic Requirement: Applicant must possess an MBBS Degree from any university recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI) / National Medical Commission (NMC) in the allopathic system of medicine.

Higher Qualifications: Doctors holding a Post Graduate (PG) degree in General Medicine are also eligible to apply.
2. Mandatory Experience & Geographic Location

Medical Experience: Minimum of 02 (Two) years of active practice in any recognized hospital or clinic as a Medical Practitioner post-graduation.

Clinic Location Limit: The candidate must own a private clinic, dispensary, or residence situated within a 04 to 08 Km radius from the Bankβs dispensaries at Kidwai Nagar and Tilak Nagar, Kanpur.
πΈ Fixed Hourly Remuneration & Duty Timings
The selected Medical Consultants will be paid a fixed hourly rate for actual duty performed:

Fixed Hourly Pay Rate: βΉ1,000/- per hour for the entire 3-year contract duration.

Conveyance Allowance: Out of the total monthly remuneration payable, a fixed sum of βΉ1,000/- per month is treated as conveyance expense.

Public Holiday Duty: If required to attend the dispensary on public holidays, compensation is paid at βΉ1,000/- per hour.

Superannuation Benefits: No pension, provident fund, gratuity, or terminal leave benefits are admissible for this contractual engagement.

General Practitioner Duties: The Medical Consultant must perform duties as a General Medical Practitioner regardless of higher post-graduate specializations held.

Emergency Visits & Advice: Free medical advice, medicine distribution, and basic injections must be administered to Bank staff and dependents during dispensary hours.

Absence Provision: Doctors cannot absent themselves without prior permission and without arranging a qualified substitute doctor acceptable to RBI for up to 5 days at a time at their own cost.

Termination Clause: Either side can terminate the contract during its 3-year currency by giving 3 months’ notice or 3 months’ remuneration in lieu thereof.
